A little about me ...

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience working with pre-teens, teens, college-aged students, and adults. I take a solution-focused, collaborative approach to therapy. I ground my therapeutic techniques in science and research. My style is interpersonal, warm, and authentic. I strive to individualize each treatment to my client's unique life situation and personal goals.
